Regular tender and site meetings ensure a smooth procedure of the construction work. Every tender’s execution of construction work is being monitored. The deadlines were being put down in a mandatory work schedule. As experience teaches, there is a higher demand on clarification and stewardship with tender interfaces.

 

My control of tender work implies a documentation of construction defects and the swift management of remedying of defects.

 

Invoice verifications and approvals for progress payment for realised site sections are part of the realisation phase until the final inspection.

 

After the Practical Completion, all relevant documents of the building process are being handed out to the client.

 

If you wish, I stay available on another contractual basis monitoring the multiannual tender warranty period.
