Tender documents are collated and evaluated together in order to contact chosen tenders.

 

Exact schedules of quantities and list of materials are prepared. I transfer the final proposal into a written documentation for all relevant branches of workmanship. This makes sure that all tenders to have a common base for calculating their price offer for us.

 

All incoming offers will be checked, evaluated and compared. Now I can update the cost estimate to pre-tender costs.

 

Negotiations follow with appointed tenders who are then being contracted according to the building contract.
