In a noncommittal meeting we start to clarify the essentials of the project. You provide a strategic brief by telling me your aims, ideas and investment expenses.

 

Existing components (technical equipment, furniture fittings etc.) can partially be incorporated into the scheme where applicable.

 

I submit an offer for the requested architect’s service.

 

After approval I prepare an outline proposal. Alternatives can be shown.

 

An initial approximation of construction costs can now be worked out.

 

After further approval I develop the detailed proposal showing spatial arrangements, material and appearance.

 

We subsequently optimise decisions together and a cost estimate can be listed.
